- Why should the Empire blow Alderan for no other reason then upset Leia? And shouldn't that decision on what is the first target belong to the emperor?

- Luke is going into a "suicide" battle against the Death Star, however just before going into the X-Fighter Leia asks him what's wrong? and no... is not nervous because he could die soon, it's because a guy he met little time before happens to be a mercenary

- Why the empire took so long to activate the trash thingy they fell into? or did they not want to kill them? and this derives into 4 questions:
a) if they wanted them to live (they put a detector beam in the Falcon) why should they activate the trash compactor?
b ) again, if they wanted them to live, and consequently did not activate the trash compactor, why they did not take measures to avoid them being smashed? (they knew they were there)
c) If they wanted to capture them, like it looked like, why no stormtrooper was waiting for them on the other side of the trash room?
d) If the plan was let them go so they can track the rebel base, why risk killing them when they were returning to the Falcon?

- Why Ben acts as he knows is not coming back after switching off the thing that locks the Falcon? He looked surprised when he saw Vader

- When Han and Luke went on to rescue Leia, C3PO and R2 stayed in the room, later stormtroopers arrive, C3PO tells them where Han and Luke are and one stormtrooper stays behind to stand off guard, however, a little bit after, C3PO just asks him to go to maintenance and he let's them?? WTF? he's guarding what?

- Classic one, why did Han get a medal and not Chewie?

SPOILERS Warning!!

I've got into an argument with a friend, I say that Jesus was implied as a normal man (not divine) he says nothing in the movie say that Jesus was not divine (as in son of God).

What is your opinion?
(the argument is just about the movie, in the book it's quite obvious implied that Jesus was a normal man)

Very funny? and completly different?
After the SW-PT I have no more faith in this guy, hope Spielberg can say No to the Lucas crazy ideias

PS. Is it me or Vader in the cover for 4 and 5 looks suspiciously like the ROTS Hayden Vader (thinner, even the ESB vader seems taken directly from a ROTS teaser poster in purple instead of red?
And why can't they be standalone O-OT versions with original 70's/80's poster art? I have a bad felling about this
Why ROTS is considered the best of the PT?

Reading stuff from people who liked the PT, and even those who did not like EP 1 and 2, ROTS seems to be highly praised.
I personally consider it to be the weaker of the new movies.

Can someone think of reasons for this to be considered the best of the new movies?
I can only assume that 1) it was the last movie and 2) it had more action than the previous ones

But I still have problems understanding why this is considered a lot better than the previous two.
