There are no "new star wars movies" that's just another fanboy wet dream

its not a fanboy wet dream, they will happen.

the big ticket question is "when"

there is far too much money at stake, and hollywood is well aware of it.

so aware of it, that if Lucas refuses to make 7,8,9 and/or 10,11, 12 while he is alive, you can bet soon after he dies there will be a multitude of studios ensuing legal litigation and the likewise in dire attempt to acquire rights to the franchise to embark on making more films.

my bet that Fox wont let go of its cash cow, but Fox will make more films just as soon as they can.

Lucas is the only one preventing more films from being made, once he (and his rights) are out of the way, star wars is back in full force.

comparing cloverfield to bwp or the ring holds no true merits, and is just dirty.

something ive been wanting to get off my chest for a while...i simply hate the dvds that comes in these stupid paperback jackets

...you know the kind im talking about,..they have the silly plastic snap device to secure your paperback jacket dvd case together..and only Warner Bros does this shit.

i avoid buying dvds in cheap ass cases like these

Seriously, what's the big deal about NYC that so many stupid disaster/monster movies have to have it blown up?

the reason why New York City is so often chose in Hollywood seems to stem from various reasons and theories. Everyone from Spiderman, Superman, the ninja turtles, batman, and countless others call NYC (or some fictional derivitive of it: Gotham City, Metropolis, etc) home.

    1. it has one of the highest concentrations of people in the world as far as cities go. Only Tokyo, Mexico City and few others have higher concentrations

    2. Its a place that many Americans can identify with, even if they have never been there.

    3. It has countless symbols of American pride, the Statue of Liberty being the greatest.

    4. The city itself operates with a intricate system: the crowds of people, the subways, the taxis, the buildings so close together, that any disaster that occurs pretty much results in chaos of catastrophic proportions.

    5. Of all American cities, it is the one that has had the most attacks on it in history. No other American city has had more threats or actual attacks. Not even D.C.

the control schematic for luigis mansion is insane. this is a game that features luigi,.mario's brother, which pretty much automatically conjures the imagery and stereotype of it being marketed towards a younger audience.

i can see where Nintendo wanted to go with the game. It was a great idea, but poor execution in regards to the controls. Its not a game that just anyone can pick up and play, it takes much practice to master the controls
