What I meant was that I seemed to get about four different bands when I downloaded some of their stuff. I'm not sure which of them is actually Spiderbait. A couple of them were downright awful, but some of it was good. So I'll have to do a bit of research to determine which one was actually them.

There was no way of telling whether you were being serious or not, so how was I supposed to know? No one said things were as "serious as death". Steely Dan is excellent, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I'm not fortunate enough to be very well acquainted with them, but what I've heard is pretty damn good.

I'm throwing Turbonegro, Buck 65, CKY, and Fischerspooner in. There should be something for everybody there.

Also, Neu! are pretty awesome. They were rather ahead of their time in the field of electronic/experiemental music. If you want to check them out, look up "Super 16", you may (or may not) recognize it from a certain recent Tarantino movie...

Also note before you judge me that I do NOT watch MTV or any other music channels, and rarely listen to the radio, so trends have little to no influence on my music preferences...except perhaps for what to avoid at all costs.

There's also a whole list of CDs from punk bands I can't remember the names of at the moment that I plan on looking into when I get the money or feel like wasting time on KaZaA.
