Actually, I think Boromir IS my favourite character. I also liked how he was a bit confrontational and he wasn't shy about putting forth his own agenda to the other characters. Everyone else got along almost too well.... so it was good to have a strong independent character who rocked the boat a bit.

And of course, his death scene was the most powerful, moving close I think I've ever seen in a movie. Perhaps this is what The Two Towers and Return of the King are missing?

And if you've seen the extended edition of The Two Towers, the main reason why it's better than the theatrical cut is because... it's got a flashback scene with Boromir in it. The guy's a legend, and if I may say so, a lot more interesting than Aragorn could ever hope to be. Aragorn's a nice guy and all... but I think probably all of us can relate a lot better to Boromir.

Boromir represents humanity in the story...

he's my favorite character too...
proud, strong, brave, and just a little corruptable when it comes to magic rings...

just like me.

Oh my goodness.....Liv Ty.....uh I mean, Arwen = sooooo hot! Gandalf is by far the cest character followed by Bilbo. The third is Radagast. blink.gif
