Getting licencing is easy, but it's the red tape once you're running that'll drive you nuts. Fire safety, disabled access etc can send a sane man to his grave.

Best way around it's to apply to open a members bar, that way you can circumnavigate half the crap, ban the riff-raff, and have longer opening hours.

we need three day weekends.

we'd get more work done in four days.

it would cut down on pollution.

Fridays would be more appropriate for all-day drinking sessions. But then you'd still have the problem of Monday mornings.

I think I'd take Mondays, purely for the fact it would mean I wouldn't be at work now.

The Nightlife, Chefelf's Pub, The Dancing Fell Beast...

And I feel so left out when you guys talk about opening a business... Maybe it's some psycological stuff, and it probably is, but I feel like that sometimes. Friends are going off to have fun without me.

And don't offer me a job out of pity, the only thing I'd probably be good for is (maybe) manager or beer pourer, and you two would have the manager thing covered.
