Yup! Based in Sydney, living in Kingsford which is near Coogee - so the Eastern Suburbs beaches. Although for really great beaches you want the northern beaches.
Barend, what is your show again and when does it show? I'm pretty sure it's on a channel that I don't get at my place from memory.

haven't you been watching the news, it changed owners...
there's no ch. 31 in sydney for the rest of the year... just dead air!
but the rest of the capitals get it...

Sounds right. How do Sydney's beaches rate compared to the ones in northern New South Wales or on the Queensland border? It's been many long years since I last went to Sydney. And the last time I took a dip at a Sydney Beach, I was probably 11 years old.
And Barend, can you tell us a little bit more about your show? What its name is? What's your role in it and what it's all about?
