Our local rag, the birmingham news has some generic "there's value in classified" ads they run, that come from somewhere. they ain't local. for example, it shows someone needing something like a job, and there's a blow up of a supposed ad for a job that reads: send resume (with two accent signs) to blah blah address, pittsburg, blah blah.

do they think I'm stupid that I won't realize this isn't pittsburgh, it's birmingham?

besides, in our fishwrapper, they don't use accent marks on the word resume. idiots.

Taco Bell has a new campaign for their latest combinations of the same 9 ingredients.

the Big bell menu is supposed to be Big enough to fill you up, so the guy tells the world
"I got FULL last weekend!" (with all of the gusto of one who'd finally gotten laid") followed by hoots and hollers.
kind of cute.

As far as commercials I hate the most: Old Navy. Whether they be new or old, they all SUCK.
