yeah, ground cummin, chili, and sage leaves, turns any meal indian.

sesame oil, oyster/fish/soy sauce tirns anything chinese.

garlic, oregano, turns all itallian.

basil, rosmary, turns everything traditional english/european (add a potato for dutch, or turnip for romanian, all meat in sausage form for hungarian)
