The purpose I am currently seeing is trying to make use out of a decoration and not doing a good job of it. I suppose they are "E3 Decorations," except as it seems, guests can't bring in their own decorations.

So are you suggesting by the subtitle that Paris Hilton is E3'S girlfriend?
Also seeing, "Decorations brought in are prohibited so that our promotional decoration can get all the attention."
