System requirements will probably be too steep for me to play it... damn the technology, I say!

Same here with the system requirements. All I want is to play Oblivion, but I'm stuck with my (bought used) Xbox Elder Scrolls: Morrowind, and I even have to give that up when break ends and I go back to school... *sigh* I need to go to the complaining thread... crying.gif

I'm going on vacation this weekend til the next anyway. And it's scheduled this time! And my dog(s) will be safe at the vet's (in a runner fence, together. sigh). God Bless my time off, and wish the best for the rest.

trip to college concert choir conductor's last big show, reception in another locale, and bed & breakfast swaggering distance away (next door, really. Ki-ki-ri-keeeee!!!) first big road trip for the car, and Highway 129 (318 curves on 11+ miles; I hear there's an aussie version...) on the way back home. I can't wait! cool.gif

Elated past two weeks: So you know that DECA stuff I've been spouting off about in my pictures. Well at the state competion I went into the accounting event and won third place (Not bad for someone who hasn't even gotten though his first year of classes). I'm going to the national competion! Woot!

It's being held in Dallas, Texas and I just paid my travel/registration fee today. Because DECA is part of the business/marketing department here at school and the past fund raisers went so well I only had to pay 150$ (for airfare and all) for what is essencialy a 5 day vacation. I'm walking on air right now I'm so happy laugh.gif .

Good job Kirby.

On the Oblivion front, I hear it comes out here tomorrow. I should have it preordered, so I'll pick it up tomorrow after uni and then see that it doesn't work on my computer. Oh well.

I'm probably going to have to wait until June to get it, both because my mother complains that when I buy stuff for myself around this time of year there's nothing left for my birthday, and to wait for the price to go down. Everything always seems to drop fifteen to twenty dollars in price right after I buy it.

Still...

Elated Moment:
I'm finally over that bloody awful Neon Genesis Evangelion anime - geez, what's with those people who thought that this was actually a good series?
It was so terrible that I did not only have to watch two mediocre ones, but also two good series and two other exceptionally good animes to compensate for the damage which that one stupid NGE's done to my poor soul.

But now I'm completely happy again! Wooooo~~
It kinda sucked being only able to smile with 90% of your usual potential...

Alrighty, time for some more Joker-face action! Who needs a psychotic grin as wide a barndoor? Come on, bring it on!

I'm so not in agree with you there.
Why do you think it's bad?
