People who like the OT and don't like the PT? lot's of them, it can be down to nostalgia, it can be down to seeing them as kids, whatever, it's a fact that a lot of OT lovers simply can't stand the PT.
Now tell me, how many people who love the PT hate the OT? zero, nada, niente! They can even prefer the PT, but they like the OT as well, even people who see the PT without ever seeing the OT start liking it. They even don't see it as 2 trilogys, they see it as a big 6 part saga!
I think that makes the OT superior, if anyone knows anyone who loves the PT and hates the OT i'll eat my hat

that is an excellent burn. Thinking about it though, I truly cannot tell who or what it applies to best.
edit: somebody might've started digging their own hole just now.

"And the Evil that was vanquished shall rise anew. Wrapped in the guise of man shall he walk amongst the innocent and Terror shall consume they that dwell upon the Earth. The skies will rain fire. The seas shall become as blood. The righteous shall fall before the wicked! And all creation shall tremble before the burning standards of Hell!" - Mephisto
Kurgan X showed me this web comic done with Legos. It pokes fun at all six Star Wars films and I found it to be extremely entertaining.

when i was a kid i loved astro boy...
it was aimed at kids, and i considered myself an expert on it. and my expert opinion was that it rocked.
watching it recently i realized that the voice actors who dubbed it into english where reading their lines straight from the page with little if any convincing emotive content.
it slipped past me when i was a kid, so don't sell that 10 year old expert crap here...
kids are not an authority on good film making!!! evan if it is aimed at them...
edit: somebody might've started digging their own hole just now.
i think it's you.

Surely you jest.
As in why were the films aimed at children alone. You know, and not anyone else.

I guess I have to eat my hat, luckily I don't even have one
I'm not sure if 10 year old's are entitled to an opinion on movies anyway?
