We can be the Dynamic Duo

Cute.

Yes, the more the merrier. Otherwise you get stuck having to keep the beat when what you really want to do is embellish.

Janey's one too, I believe.

Yeah, but I'm a crappy percussionist. Therein lies the key difference.

Let's see, what powers would I want? How about the power to...bend the very fabric of reality to my will. My wildest fantasies ARE reality!

And the ability to fly. Flying would kick ass.
Check out my crappy drawings!

Isn't that part of the reality bending?

I would probably relate myself to someone like The Punisher, or Hannibal Barca (if non-fictional heros count). Someone that would stop at nothing for revenge against someone that wronged them.

I'm guessing that you've heard of Scarlet Witch then.

They have a whole mega-series about her just barely wrapping up that answers the question 'What happens to your reality altering powers when you go bat-shit crazy?'. Totaly rewritten the marval history for the 8(ish) months it was out. Recomended reading for anyone who enjoys What-If moments.

Basically he's Superman. Just instead of kyptonite, his weakness is trash.

Actually, no, I hadn't heard of her. The only comics I've really tried to follow are Batman and Hellboy.

And the Buffy comics, when that fandom still held the top stop in my head.

And to think it's not a What if... it's the real ongoing world! House of M rocked my world.

About superheroes, I would go with something like Colossus. Super strong, super resistant, turning your body to metal... I would lose the costume, though. Just like Luke Cage, that when he needs to get some butt kicked he doesn't waste time changing his clothes. Besides, Colossus costume sucks... have you seen how he looks like when he's depowered? sick.gif And I would definitely have a thing for making stupid jokes at the worst possible moments, just like Spider-Man.
