Another Inconsistency... Threepio's switch

In ESB, when Leia deactivates C-3PO, she clearly reaches behind his head to do it. The switch appears to be on th back of his neck.
However, when Anakin activates Threepio in TPM, he does so by a switch that is apparently on Threepio's chest...

I have to give it to Anakin who, as a lonely boy on a far away planet designed his "companion" to be turned on by a nipple switch. Leia, being a woman, would be revolyed by the use of such a switch at such a location, so she went for the other back-up, the one women wish all men had at the base of their necks (and vice versa) to shut him up.
At least that's the EU explaination where all is explained aqnd filled in.....
The more people make legit points like this, the more I get the feeling Lucas didn't watch his own OT movies.

Maybe he has two switches, in case someone spills Jelly on him. Or, and I must say this before Revan, mountain dew.
IM HUNGRY?!?! and thanks for mentioning him so i didnt have to. but who cares about freakin switches. all you are trying to do is find more stuff to pick apart the movies.

This is another in a long line pointless perceived inconsistancies. Most bashers would even have to call out this inconsistancy. The switch that Anakin uses in TPM is hanging on C-3P0 via wires, much like a light switch hangs from a wall via wires until someone mounts it to the wall. Is it not at all possible that the switch that is hanging on the side of C-3P0 neck will be routed around his neck and mounted on the back of his neck when his coverings are put on by Shmi?
