It's not that easy, Supes.  Chefelf disabled post-editing because of stupid people editing posts to invalidate other people's arguments.  So once again, you can thank the idiots for ruining another feature on the forums (the other being guest posting).

Damn! You go away for a while and the whole world crumbles. It's always those small, tiny, teeny insignificant few that seem to cause all the hassles. I'd just like to say to them, you are pathetic individuals with little right to pollute oue great gene pool. Or words to that effect. Bit tired from working the nights...

it's alright, we can still misquote people...

I got pissed off and changed my avatar back to a picture of Jane.

And I'll leave it like that for as long as I damn well please.

Is she from the Disney movie Hercules? I don't even know if my kickass Experimental Skull is still functioning, but I doubt it is, since my site is no more. But I haven't been able to see it for two weeks because my computer suddenly stopped recognizing my DNS addy for my site. Every other comp on the network works but mine. Ah well. I need to find a new icon.

...No, that's a drawing I did of Jane, one of my characters/Muses/voices in my head (whatever you want to call them). That picture was drawn and scanned sometime in June, and I'm still not good at drawing faces at that kind of angle yet.

...You know, I think I'll just change it to something else again soon. I'm in a better mood now. I even got most of a comic-thingy drawn for once in god knows how long...now I just need to find a scanner.

Plus I got to see Antigone tonight. Brilliant.

Nice av, Jane. I'll refer back I'm sure. smile.gif

I found a Great scanner at CompUSA. It's a canon something or other with pushbutton "scan," "copy," and "email" features all for $49. the same as the $89 version on the display shelf. (I checked local stock online -search, cheap, scannner, best price-) When I got to the store the guy first said "no we don't," then nicely went online to check (they did, but you knew that.)
anyway, it's a top notch production port for next-to-nothing, tech-dollar wise.

(focusing) oh yeah, Avatar. I found another nice picture of Tarkin which I plan to use soon, but I can't seem to locate it. I promise, you'll know when I do.

Long time no thread.

Mine is now obviously renowned sex symbol Mick Jagger, who I'm frequently told I resemble. Might as well play the angle up, it makes me friends...

I didn't realise that that was him. I just assumed it was you.

My current av is a semi-fictional character named RJ, created by Hecc and I during high school. There were many comics based around his life, but sadly most of these (particularily the good ones) were lost in time.
In this pic he's wearing a ton of safety gear. It equals comedy.

I like the new one, Reader. For the heck of it, I changed mine to a pic of me playing theremin.

Chyld - Sime has a point about assuming the avatar is you... I thought that too... I just marvelled how amazingly like Jaegger you look in this photo. You've posted a couple of your photographs before and you had that grungy, rocky look. Especially that Mick does not look like this anymore. He is past his selling date.

And Despondent - congratulations on your new old avatar. This one looks even more like Sherlock Holmes smile.gif
