man, seriously....

do people actually accept that shit in the US, because pretty much no one in australia does...

they did, but for the last few weeks no one has been accepting this useless peice of plastic crap!!!

the only thing my Amex has been good for latley is serving as a buffer between my visa and my boost juice 10th free smoothie card.

We accept it at work, but in 6 years I've only seen about four of them.

They pretty much accept them almost everywhere here. I guess they need to make a new Australian Express card for down under.

I felt the same way about my Discover card. Everyone here takes it but when I went to Canada it was useless.

It's mostly Visa and Mastercard. People tend to be wary of American Express, as the name inplies that it wouldn't be much use over here. Much like Diners Club. Nobody accepts them.

All I've got is a Boston University student pass. At least I know where that's accepted. Maybe I should try trying to pay for food somewhere else with it and seeing if I get arrested.

i went off at an AmEx salesman in the street yesterday afternoon.

they were trying to push card on me, and i said i've already got one and no one accepts the muthafucker, but he still tried to hook me up with a deal...

i said the only new deal i'd settle for is where they pay ME to have the card as its so universally shunned!
