I think the reason necros find a (fresh) corpse appealing is that they don't move or talk, so they can't fight back or scream when you do the horizontal mourge mambo.

Necrophilia is a paraphilia characterized by a sexual attraction to corpses. It comes from the Greek: "love of the dead".
However, the term "necrophilia" describes an unreasonable desire to control another person, generally in the context of a romantic or interpersonal relationship; the accusation is that the person is so interpersonally domineering as to be better suited to relationships with non-responsive people. Hence the “love of the dead” where a dead person is the least responsive you can get.
