Ya, I hope I manage to graduate in one piece. I really hate what I'm doing. I've swapped from science to mechanical to civil. My courses are a mess and I'll be here for an extra year probably.
At this point I only want the ring. I don't even want to work. This stuff is really dry, hard, and it never ends. It sounds gay but I kinda finding myself now. I had so many goals and set dates that I needed to meet, but now I'm just figuring out things one step at a time. Most of my friends (highschool pals) got degrees now, some are working others are traveling. I feel so behind. I think when i finish this (if i do) I'm going to travel a bit, drink, smoke pot, and learn something.
Heck, I bought a guitar just to feel like I'm doing something right now. I love it so it worked out ok. I might join a band (singing) my pal has going. Never in 1 million years did I picture myself doing something like that. It was spontaneous and awesome! So ya, figuring out things and trying new stuff.
I just feel like a shmuck that I found out about this now. For instance, I thought I was going to be married by 25, I"m 23 and there is NO WAY IN HELL i'm getting married in 2 years.
