Hmm... I just like it better! I guess part of it is that I've been watching SW before I could appreciate it, and it's hard to step back and look at the movie in a new way instead of just looking at it as the same old movie you've watched a million times. I did it with ANH, but have yet to do it with ESB.

Empire is probably the best, for me ANH and ROTJ are at a draw. I have no favorites among the prequels because they just plain suck.
