Complaint: My desktop is dead, and my other desktop is in pieces, integrated into various other desktops, and my other other desktop is now in my brother's room, and my dad's desktop is in pieces in the garage, and my laptop now belongs to my mom, but it doesn't even matter, because none of any of the computers I have or ever have had were even a quarter of the way good enough to run Elder Scrolls: Oblivion anyway, and neither is the laptop that I now use. I can get the game easily whenever I want, but have nothing to play it on! It's SO FRUSTRATING! Somebody hold me... *cries*

You know I'm with you on this one...

Internet Complaint: My stepbrother (and myself a little as well) got our internet completely taken away. Our parents won't even let us pay for it. I won't be around here very much anymore for a least a few months.

On the plus side, I'm getting a lot more sleep, and seem to have much more free time.

Relationship Complaint: My girlfriend of a month and a half shy of two years are now just friends as of last Monday. It kinda sucks, and I don't really feel like being a free man, but oh well. sad.gif

We still have been good friends though. I happen to drive her with me to school everyday, and happen to be using her car.

Ah, the joy of having a younger brother who has an Xbox 360 and bought the game yesterday. The only downside is, is that I probably won't get to play for a very long time.

Oh, and he now works at a videogame store. I will be getting discounts on games that I have no money to buy anyways.

I hope I don't sound like I'm gloating or anything devil.gif
Apparently writing about JM here is his secret weakness. Muwahaha!!!! Now I have leverage over him and am another step closer towards my goal of world domination.

"And the Evil that was vanquished shall rise anew. Wrapped in the guise of man shall he walk amongst the innocent and Terror shall consume they that dwell upon the Earth. The skies will rain fire. The seas shall become as blood. The righteous shall fall before the wicked! And all creation shall tremble before the burning standards of Hell!" - Mephisto

Kurgan X showed me this web comic done with Legos. It pokes fun at all six Star Wars films and I found it to be extremely entertaining.

I have the exact same problem with Psychonauts! I've had it since June, but I haven't been able to play a second of it because of video card problems, and my dad won't get me a new one.

And I have to rely on him to get it and install it, regardless of who pays for it, because I know exactly jack shit about computer parts.
Check out my crappy drawings!

Hopefully the game may barely work smoothly, just 200 MHz away from the specification but not sure for the Leadtek A 400 Ultra graphics card I brought last year but at this time I am too addicted to Unreal Tournament.

See, that's what so cool with consoles. You buy the machine, you buy the game, you plug the machine, you put the game in the console, you play!
Of course, computers give more graphical quality but whatever... I just want to play and have a good time.

I've got to work with this thing one hell of a lot and nearly all of my electronic devices are somehow connected to it, so it would be a waste of money if I'd buy an extra console now. Well, I don't play that much anyway... probably should though...

Cool as to interesting or convenient:
That is a point, I remember years ago when games were designed for the smoothness rather than the best image quality available, such as using compression. Until now more quality and less smoothness unless buying a good quality graphics card at the most (also including the system requirements) to the specification required of most games I see but I do not mean for every game though.

I hate change. I can't stress just how bloody annoying it is. I like to do things in my own manner. I don't like something coming along and forcing me to change how I do things. This brings us to my current gripe. I have to use Linux to do my project. Now, I understand that computer nerds the world over are supposed to love linux. I don't. I believe this stems from my hatred of change and being removed from my comfort zone. Hell, I dislike using other peoples computers because they set them up wierd. I find it difficult to use a computer with normal winxp set up. This is just so bloody different that I don't have a clue what I'm doing. It seems like they set everything up just to make things needlesly difficult to use. Now, I'm sure I must be doing something wrong. Everybody raves about how linux is supposed to be better then windows. But at the moment, I really don't see why.

Linux is something for others to help building up an ego. I do admit that it has got its advantages, but it's so frikkin' overloaded and sometimes just plain useless that I don't bother about it much. Which is - sadly - not keeping me from being a geek... *sigh*...

My head hurts, I feel sick to my stomach, I have a German test in forty minutes that I'm not prepared for, and I seem to be about as good at cheating at Arnold J. Rimmer. I'm trying to write out my answer/questions beforehand with the aid of an online translator, but those things are too damn fickle.

I also didn't get enough sleep last night because I went to bed near midnight and then had to drag myself up at 5:15 to start studying, and that was oversleeping. But the real dumb-ass move was that I had literally all day yesterday to work, and did nothing. That's always how it happens.

And I'm fat.
