Agreed! Jordan has it pretty well on the money as does Civ#2. Although barend has also made some points that need to be kept in mind. The reality is you need to take a chance if you are ever really going to find out. Unless of course she makes the move first. Thankfully this is becoming less of a rarity.

This issue can be resolved with the correct positioning of the thumb, index and middle fingers. The technique is similar, but the placement is a little different in order to pick up both hooks in the one motion.

Still it does make it a lot more complicated. Cannot deny that
