You what? need this debate get ugly (not hostile, but a bit unpleasent I mean)

The one thing that women hold over men is practically a third armpit.

Yes it is, and also a piece of choral music. It's the poem set to music. And as I previously said, I like that song.

I mean, I like the poem too, but that wouldn't much support my argument for points.
"YOU'RE MISSING A PERIOD. YOU THINK IT'S FUNNY, DON'T YOU? YOU THINK IT'S FUNNY THAT YOU FUCK WITH GRAMMAR? WELL, FUCK YOU AND FUCK YOUR MISSING PERIOD! I HOPE IT MEANS YOUR SLUTTY, NON-PUNCTUATED WAYS HAVE GOTTEN YOU TEEN-PREGNANT!"

Plasic surgery. Everytime I see someone with plastic surgery done to their face in the newspaper I call it Plastic sugery. To me they look so artificial and horrible.

What about plastic surgery to help someone who's disfigured? The people who are just shooting for normal instead of a supermodel? Think of it like this: a plastic nose is better than no nose at all.

No I don't mean the people that are disfigured. That is a good solution for people who need it. I am talking about people who want to look extra predda! and trenda! I think of it as a waste of resources unless some of the money goes towards benefiting disfigured people who need the surgery they can't afford.

... Not for me, I'm straight! I could care less!

I don't care how girls look at all, but there are so manly "plus size" girls now it grosses me out! Especially when they wear tops that are way too small, and their guts hang out. Eww.

I don't know about you, but I see a lot more fat girls than I see fat guys. Maybe it's because of where I live or something, but it's disgusting.

...Oh yeah, feminists can kiss my ass, too. Not a big fan of them either (and I'm a girl)!

Gosh, whose side are you on? sad.gif

That's what I always used to do in elementary school. It was more fun to play with the boys.

...I miss that. Damn puberty ruined everything. EVERYTHING! Platonic relationships are practically unheard of once you pass a certain age. If a girl is seen talking to a guy who has a girlfriend, she's trying to seduce him. If a girl hangs out with a bunch of guys, then she's a damn whore!

Hell, even run-of-the-mill, same-sex friendships are scrutinized! If you see two girls or two guys who are really close friends, like the kind where you look and them and can't help but think, "Man, I wish I had friends like that!" there will always be some asshole or group of assholes who say, "Pfft. Those two are so fucking. It's just so obvious!"

Why does sex have to defile everything?!

I dunno, but it sure is fun! (edit in case of misreading - Defiling isn't the thing that's fun)

I hear you, though. Once you reach a certain stage, guys and girls can't be really good friends sometimes because of jealousy or whatever else. I'm the kind of girl that contributes to this problem (mostly due to self esteem, not distrust).

Yeah, same sex is under the same thing too -- girls can't even hold hands or really hug anymore -- otherwise people think they're lesbians, or (if they have a boyfriend) bisexuals. It's kind of extreme, but some people think that. It's sad. sad.gif

I used to play with a lot of guys in grade school and high school, but now I hang out with a lot more girls (maybe 95%?). The things society does to you, I tell ya!

Counter-example: I know a girl at university who is a really great person, highly intelligent, charming, etc. Only one thing: she HATES being around other women. That blew my mind. I don't know where this comes from, when I once asked what her problem was with them, she just smiled at me and said "Bah, they're just whores.".

Sorry to post a more than I usually do in a thread, but she could be right. There are a lot of nice girls at school who are easy to get along with and what-not, but there are always a group of girls (which is equally as large) who are bitchy, rude, and generally snobs just because they go to a University / college -- probably a "I'm smarter than you" complex. I hate hanging out with people like that.

It's weird though, but a lot of guys in post-secondary school are humble about things they do, but girls? All over it.
