It's funny how complicated and interesting the italian language is that it would need that many paragraphs to make a four syllable statement, but such are the nuances of one of the great romance languages.
And for you moderators out there here's the unabridged translation just to save you the trouble of babelfishing it like Hanny did.
Even when I try to allow for grammatical errors it still dosnt make sense and I don't know quite what a vagine is but I can guess. As for the topic of the post thing I can gather is that it's something like "Population of the Aiuto of Bisogno"
