The real meaning of Star Wars the truest comment yet

I'm kind of tired of people reading into these movies so much. The prequel trilogy is not "good" it did not have "thought" put into it. It was not written by people who were "sober". So to think that George Lucas could have woven in themes of the fourth reich and Abraham Lincoln etc etc is just absurd. Lucas probably stole a lot of concepts unconsciously, because he aint to bright. There is no meaning in the selection of concepts he used except that they seemed aesthetically pleasing to him. The idea that this means something is the same as claiming that I'm a democrat because I think Bill Clinton was good looking.
Now I think that to end the debate about what the PT stands for once and for all we need to look away from online conspiracy theorists and instead consult arguably the greatest writer in the English language. Shakespeare's quote from Macbeth is perfectly applicable and I feel that it summarizes the PT perfectly:
"It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, symbolizing nothing."

Writers don't need to weave themes into their fiction for the themes to be there.
The themes unintentionally woven into world fiction often depict the world the writer lived in when he wrote the material. Moreso than anything intentioanl could have done, "accidental" messages will speak volumes about the writer's frame of mind.

"I had a lot of different ideas. At one point, Luke, Leia and Ben were all going to be little people, and we did screen tests to see if we could do that." -George Lucas, in STAR WARS: the Annotated Screenplays (p197).

I believe I own the rights to splicing SW with Beavis and Butt Head. Check out my work in the screening room forum.
Mace and Yoda do Corruscant
However I've got to say thats a great picture and you did an excellent job with the neck.

This is why I should check out the other forums as well.
Yes, you should. There's a lot of good stuff in the Screening Room and you're missing out. And if you enjoyed the Star Wars outings, they're nothing compared to Starry Nights, the project that followed.
Also, you're featured in Barend's Lord of the Rings. But don't read that without reading Starry Nights or it will put me in an agitated state and I'll say something mean about you.
However, with regards to your own efforts, HK-47 ~ that was great!

George Lucas' neck is less like something to support his head, and more like a large and unnecessary prequel to his head that uses its shear mass and in-your-face quality to captivate its audience.
