QUOTE (Jane Sherwood @ Jan 27 2005, 10:44 PM)
Nope, I've got an easy one as well...despite the fact that most of them are so early... pinch.gif  I only have three classes a day.

No, no, that's still shedloads by my standards. I have about three lectures a week, plus two seminars.

I actually have a three day week, an extra weekend in the middle. And consider that all of the above bar one is only an hour a lecture/seminar, except for one two-hour jobbie... life is easy.

How do you have enough credits to maintain fulltime status? Or are you part-time? I think we were talking full-time students here.

Slade -- well, I suppose some of the girls I know DID go looking for guys. Those are the girls who had boyfriends! Most of us, like me, just complained about it a lot. And we were not the hapapier for it! So, like a big hypocrite, I am suggesting you learn from my mistakes -- the ever popular do as I say, not as I do! Or did!

But don't pysch yourself out of it, either -- dead air in a conversation is normal, and as much as it is awkward, it will pass. Don't fear it, embrace it! Well, maybe that's going a little too far, but don't worry so much that the other person is freaking out and mentally writing you off because there's a bit of a tricky gap when you first start talking -- they're just worrying that you're thinking the same about them. smile.gif

No, tis a fulltime degree, just that I do next to no work at all. Its fun! And also quite embaressing in times such as these.

And as to the whole "talking to women" thing, we all know how inept I am at that unless they're good friends, so lets not walk that road.

Chyld - I hear that, except like I said, my ineptitude extends to both genders, regardless of my intent.

That is a good pic, Lecter. I didn't mean to forget ya.

I forgot to mention that the status of my relationship with that girl has upgraded from "friend from school" to "girlfriend". Hurrah.

Slick Barend. You kinda remind me of the Belushis...

Although it seems that your bottom two pics are broken.

They were working for me last night but now they don't seem to be anymore.

So why does Angie get more email than you? Is she using the "I know Barend" line? rolleyes.gif

They are working now... So that bird really wouldn't go away? That's pretty funny, I can just see some mafia guys threating it or something. "Hey, shutta you face or you'll be sleepin' wit da fishes! I'll give yous a knuckle sandwich! Stupid boid!"

How does one take pictures under water, Hannibal?

And sorry about the image size with mine, Nate.
