Civ- I believe the rule here is a year in prison for every hit of acid you're caught with. Marijuana you can get off with a misdemeanor unless you have a good amount. The rest of the world is moving to decriminalize soft drugs but the US doesnt go with whats sane. Our prisons are literally bursting at the seams with people who are innocent of any other crime besides drug use. It's part of what's been called the incarceration industry.

i find it obscene....
LSD is great... it feels like part of your 90% that you theoretically don't use is opening up...
as for pot...
it hieghtens perception but lowers motivation...
hardly a drug worth sending in SWAT team in for...

i don't think LSD was originally ment to be a drug at all...
