Have you received any "Over the Hill" related birthday material(s) yet? I remember my mom's 40th birthday everyone went overboard with the black baloons, cards, etc. Everyone celebrates others' 40th with so much relish.

No, not yet. I'll celebrate officially in 9 hours (and then for the next 24.) Most folks don't know about the black day, but I do have a nice stack of cards I'll open tomorrow. (I'll let you know if anything bleak occurs.)

Now I am feeling a bit old.

oh well. FotR will be on (WB)TV Sunday night. plus a new Simps. Saturday will be a music filled day with meetings and jammings. Plus the Bama game, and tomorrow I've 7 hours of Split Enz/Crowded House/Neil Finn music qued up on itunes.
