Shame. I liked Christopher Reeve. I always kinda expected him to finally start walking again. He was making really good progress too.

A rather unhappy day in my life.

And Owyn, a lot of us have people in our lives with worse conditions, however, he was special because he was able to use his status to promote such reminders to a wider audience. There are funds that would never have been raised and are still being raised because of this man.

I do feel sad for your brother, just like I do for my friends, but I'm also very happy in the knowledge that Christopher Reeve used his fame to attempt to educate and possibly help those who are similarly suffering. That certainly counts for a lot in my book in a world where it seems the majority just don't give a flying fuck.

Hmm, i guess i never thought bout it that way, can't really hold him being rich against him, and if he did help charities then thats a noble cause. Thanks Supes.
