look a friend of mine who is a policeman said this about greedo being shot by han...solo was on the way out no weapon drawn #1....greedo meet solo weapon drawn and pointed at solo #2...solo had no way of defending himself at this time...both set down and "discuss" terms of disengagement....after talking and mind you greedo still has his weapon pointed and train on solo...#3 solo gives the solution but greedo still in first strike mode says after solo says "over my dead boby"...fine hes been looking for this a long time...#4 solo had every right to cap greedo...cause greedo was the aggressor from the get go...no court on earth would have found solo guilty of shit...solo acted in self defence...wow doent lucas have any cop friends...wow and lucas thinks he knows all...what a dumb ass...

not to my knownlege...still its worth exploring...han had the pc...why lucas has a "moral problem" with this is beyond my understanding...like my friend said if someone had a gun to him and if in a new york minute he could get off a round and kill this terrorist bastard...he do so and not lose a wink of sleep...lucas has no "real world" experience...and ps what was lucas responce to september 11 2001...did he form a relief group of flim makers, did he donate things, what the fuck did he do...never heard what he though of 09 11 01...and dont stick up for this ass either...look alot of different people ( from wicka to body peircing to even the gay life style ) made statements about 911 in support of the victims...WHAT WAS LUCAS...and if he didnt say anything. well did he cheer then when the planes hit???....does anybody know...WELL....look either you support the victims are you support osoma...by saying nothing i question you americanism....

Mate, there is already another thread on this. Also, I think you've had too much to drink. We don't need filmmakers to comment on all the disasters in the world... not unless they're Michael Moore.

Yeah, we do have a thread on this. But I will say it here again that I agree with you. Han Solo WAS acting in self-defense and I always thought of it that way, even when I was a little squirt who didn't know that Han's gun was based on a Mauser pistol!

I'm right with you there, Barend. I don't know how Lucas could have come up with the OT and Star Wars in general... only now he wants to change so much of it that it's almost as if he has some kind of childhood grudge against it that he can't get over!
