Happy birthday, Enhasa. I remember my 22nd birthday as being on of the worst days of my life. I hope yours is infinitely better!

Thanks. I haven’t done anything too special yet -- drove down to campus to do some work and had lunch with a professor (my advisor for my bachelor’s essay).

I’m not expecting any unusual gifts, but Joe (my fiance) got me a 512 MB flash drive, which is really cool. I might get a GBA SP with my birthday money to replace the one with no backlight.

Yes that is true. But remember we do have the right to develop smoking, drinking, and porn habits. Also we can go to jail for life and even get the death penalty. Being an adult has its benefits.

The downsides are being able to drive (now everyone is going to ask you for a lift somewhere) and voting (chances are you will vote for some guy who will in turn do nothing that he promised).

One year I voted Green Party just to spite all the other runners. I felt "hip" leaving the voting booth.

Green Party, all the way.

A vote for the Green Party is a vote for the Republicans, since the Green Party detracts votes from Democrats. (Most people who vote Green would otherwise vote Democrat.)
