I just tried it again. Exactly the same thing happened. I clicked on the free account. I then selected the option for a free domain name and it brought me to a page of payment options - nothing free anywhere to be seen.

There's a clearly marked section at the bottom of that page that says, and I quote:

is not clear. It's down at the bottom of the page and you have to scroll past the fine print to see it. However, now that you've made me aware of its presence, I found it.

That said, it is a bitch working with the web hosting software. It offers me no format control... I can't really display these images in any user-friendly way.

Honestly, Heccubus, these forums, with their scroll bars and set column widths, are the ideal format in which to post these images. But I will refrain from doing so fpr the present... unless I get your OK to go ahead.

In the meantime, I'll check out Photobucket again and see if that's a bit more workable.

That sounds like it might be something to do with cookies/temp files.
Also, JYAMG, I used to have HD hosted on there. I had absolutely no problems building a site that I wanted. In fact it looked then, as it does now. I get the feeling that you're trying to use the templates or something...

I think I'll give up soon. This has gone long past the point of being fun and well into the territory of being an aggravating headache. I might do a few quick web searches to see if there's anything out there that is remotely close to what I'm looking for. If that fails, I think it'll be time to quit.
