I'll derail it and go back to what this thread is all about - the fine efforts of our friend Barend. Another great chapter, mate. Also, I loved the idea of Chyld getting all sentimental and sad over the death of his fell beast. That was a great touch.

Finally finished reading it up to now and it fucking KICKS. Barend old chap, you are my fucking GOD. My personal favourite so far was Chefelf appearing as a vision in the mountains. "They're filming Cliffhanger 2! You'll have to go back!" "YOU BASTARD! It took us two weeks to get up here! Do we at least get snowboards to get back down?" "Nope." "YOU BASTARD!". Classic.

That could be fun...

Great chapter, Barend! I loved that one a lot. Excellent work, photoshopping Chyld with that helmet and the dialogue was particularly excellent this time around...

"Knackered by a halfling! The only thing more embarrassing would be getting beaten by a woman!"

The comedic timing of that line was sheer brilliance. Good job!
