What a treat! I love everything about that...

The cool looking title card, Jordan and Supe's checklist and that little plot device you used to get the plasma grenade... er, ball ... rolling was fantastic.

HK-47 is so much fun to have around, isn't he? cool.gif

Anyway, fantastic work. You're off to a flying start with this one.

thanks guys... but before i even open photoshop again, i want to see a raise of hands... there are only, as far as i can tell... 3-4 people reading this anymore... i had to go to page to of the lobby just to find it last post...

this is way too much work to entertain such a small number of people...
i want to see at least ten posts by ten different people (including supes pref) so that i know this is worth doing or i am calling it quits...

there are too many inn jokes for me to post this anywhere else so i want at least a bit of an audience before sacrificing the spare time i don't really have on this...

so no offense or anything, but no market no product...

Barend.. You have to forgive me for not being there a couple of days ago and waving my hands like crazy in applause. But I was at home fighting a nasty throat infection, and I only checked the "Society"thread to see if I finally got banned. Also I was afraid you can smell my garlic breath even in Australia, come to think of it biggrin.gif .

But you know I MIGHT harm you if you do not finally introduce me in the story yell.gif

I love the lembas butter!
And Jariten as Gollum! Buhahaha!
What film is that Peter Cushing still from?

I too am loving every minute of it. It's just final week of term, so all the work I've been putting off is catching up with me. The cougar line was great.

Uh... Please keep the thread alive.

The vicious director Barend has just threaten to discontinue his work...

Apparently he wants a petition or something.

Back me up, anyone, will you?

I've been reading it but I know what Barend wants... and it's numbers.

I can understand him too. When you put in the work to make these things, you really need to know that people are reading them and enjoying them... otherwise it doesn't feel like it's worth the effort.

What we really need is get Supes to come back to the forum and comment on this.

Although, honestly, I questioned Barend's decision to use Supes in such a central role as he hasn't made a single post for the better part of four or five months.

He made a post in the Superman RIP thread on Yahtzee's board a bit back, but didn't post anywhere else that I saw. Perhaps somebody should email him, if they have it?

Barend: Please please pretty please don't stop issuing new chapters! I have read and cherished every single one, and I would be terribly, terribly sad if the saga were to draw to a close now. Please please pretty please, O wise and marvelous Barend?

Definitely keep going! Jen has brought up an interesting point: maybe we should designate a special area for teh parody threads. It is difficult sometimes to sift through the other topics in other forums to find them.

I dunno... what does everyone (or anyone) think?

I've had a little difficulty keeping up with it lately. But I am trying, really!

Also, I can see the point of wanting to kidnap a human and use her as a slave, but they didn't. They tied her to a flimsy easel for a month. It's assumed they had to feed and give her water. What for? Was she purely ornamental? I can understand them wanting the droids, you can sell those for a lot of money, but a chick who's only skills are finding non-existand mushrooms and getting randomly pregnant, you're not going to get much.
