yes, I'm a shill for the Finn Brothers. But this is a nice link to hear some decent music and maybe whet someone's appetite. It's nicely put together, so you can respect that I guess.

I didn't know what to expect at first, but after giving it a listen it's quite melodic and relaxing. And pretty. Oh so pretty. :plusfav

I like it. It has quite a Sixties feel to it.

The sandpeople had women and children. We know this because Anakin killed them how could he tell? The children might be smaller but I never saw a sandperson with breasts. Did they hike their skirts and show him some leg or something?

QUOTE
Also, I can see the point of wanting to kidnap a human and use her as a slave, but they didn't. They tied her to a flimsy easel for a month. It's assumed they had to feed and give her water. What for? Was she purely ornamental? I can understand them wanting the droids, you can sell those for a lot of money, but a chick who's only skills are finding non-existand mushrooms and getting randomly pregnant, you're not going to get much.

I'm sorry, I hadn't checked. If you'd like to hear more, there's an audio/video link on their homepage. The "won't give in" video is at the very bottom.
Neil and Tim Finn

Neil's band had a big hit with "don't dream it's over" (hey now, hey now...)

Tim's band was Split Enz. I remember them on this Fridays show when ESB commercials were running. (What's that on Luke's back? dagobah scene)

highly underrated, approachable even. the diary page peeks inside their creative little lives.

thanks for giving them a listen! smile.gif

I have fond memories of Crowded House. "Don't Dream it's Over" and "Something So Strong" were good tunes. That Split Enz song "I Got You" was pretty catchy too.

Cool. That's nice to read smile.gif

I don't know a whole lot about the band you grew up on, Barend. A bud (convert) gave me a greatest hits compilation of theirs, it's great. Fills in some holes anyway. The bros. did an all-enz encore at the Atlanta show. See them if you can.
