Well, this is more of a forum than my blog. And it is the Star Wars forum so that's not too out of the ordinary. I do agree that the Star Wars forum is a haven for Star Wars geeks. That would be the main idea. ohmy.gif

If this was my forum and you had said something like that, I would've run outside and shot myself. ohmy.gif

I like the old starwars, and I enjoy hating the new ones.

I guess I m still a starwars geek too.

I m looking foreward to chef's 84 or so reasons to hate ep III.

I m hoping the movie will be brilliant, but I m also hoping that it will be horrbile so chef can write about it.

I m torn between the two.

But what if they included some more crossover characters? I mean the ones they could get. I'm not expecting gandalf to save the day. how about draco from dragonheart? he'd fit right in. or some raptors. that'd be cool. ("a pleasure to meet you. and *I* am c3po")

Spielberg characters have proven their availability. and they already have johnny williams with the music rights.

(incidentally, my favorite moment from lousy film the lost world was when momma t-rex nudged baby t-rex to eat the bad guy, as if to say "go on, you can do it." almost as good as the vile loathsome creature from JP1 about to get it. "you want food? well I haven't got any food.)

of course we've yet to see time travel.

Well we've got all the characters from Labyrinth, The Dark Crystal and Princess Bride (additional love components) that could be drawn on and dredged up. I mean it is fantasy after all. Surely there must be a Goblin planet out there somewhere. And obviously after their victory over the Skeksis the Gelflings would breed like rabbits and then discover hyperspace travel and take to the stars.

Oh the character inclusion possibilites are endless with all this other material to rip off... dry.gif
