The way I see it, Valentines Day is only good for giving me an update on how useless Valentines Day is. That and chocolate for non-single people. Curse you all...
*but have a good one anyway*

(that's Despondent's birthday!)
oh yeah, I forgot. Today is my cousin Rebecca's bday.
Unlike the fourth, I believe Valentine's day is recognized world wide.
hated by half the world perhaps, but I'm an american so I'm used to that.

also: i'd like to declare February 15. as 'be mean to girls day'
sorry, there are lot of girls getting around this morning, who so obviously got flowers, candy, and a free meal in a nice reseraunt last night... they're all bloody smiling... it's a bit much.
actually though, there's this girl who gets my bus... i hate her so much.
she has no manners, i've observed a few people who act like her, and i hate them too... they're everything that's wrong with society. they push in, they don't move down to let more on, and so on... i remember it all started one day when she skipped the line completely and trolled strait on to the bus... she looked back at the line with the most smug smile i have ever seen... the bitch!!!
and yesterday (VD) she got on with a red ribboned exo-corrigated cardboard box that could only have been housing expensive longstem roses... that's horrible... this selfish, self centred, cow had someone throw alot of money away for her... someone probably loves her...
quite frankly, it made me ill.
but then i went to a friends place, where red wine, beer, pizza, and valium made a wonderful night...
NOTE: the above story is alot funnier when delivered with hand guestures and the affiliated emotive inflections associated with my passionate malice. it got laughs last night, but written down, it probably just looks sad. oh well either way...
EDIT: repeated word gramma corection.

You're not the only one...
I can't stand this time of year. For some reason, my attitude towards love and general sap always shifts to a six-year-old's mindset. In other words: "Love?! Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeew!"
That, and I also hate flowers, hearts, and pink all around.
Chyld is an ignorant slut.

1. Shit, Valentines Day, yet again I stare into infinity and am reminded of the obscenely infintismally miniscule chance that I'll ever find someone worthwhile due to the beautiful mixture of my own inadequacies and the environment I'm in.
2. Holy crap, Jon Gutner is back! My life has meaning once more!
3. Oh, this topic is a year old. Well then... Hey, there's dinner and sugar hearts!
4. "Today in class, we're dissecting a clown! Why, no wonder this clown died. His lungs are filled with CANDY!"
5. I miss you, Jon.
6. I need to shut up because I'm rambling.
Yay for you lucky people out there with relationships. Nay for the greeting-card aspect of the holiday. Now I need to go build a GUI in java for homework.

??? What is there to be happy about, Chyld? That you get older? I hate my birthday for that very reason. I also stopped celebrating the New Year's Eve. I want to spend that day praying that the next year is not very much worse than the previous one.
Despondent is right, Valentine day is international these days. Another reason to spend money, so naturally multinationals are interested to keep it up.
Tell you what, people with happy relationship do not need to convince each other that they love each other by means of chocolate, flowers and sweets.
