i went to see the newest bond flick, quantum of solace..as was rather dismayed.

first off, they tried at best to update bond to be on the same level as modern films such as transporter series, bourne, etc.

this was evident by the removal of many bond-esque cliches, namely the opening sequence that usually always starts with bond's silhouette profile walking right to left then stopping in dead stance to shoot his gun directly at the camera. (its added at the end of the film, right as your grabbing your jacket to exit the theatre)

cant help how much daniel craig resembles peter weller with the robocop helmet off...is this robocop 4?

I really don't understand what's that bad about Quatum of Solace... It's not as good as Casino Royale, but it's still pretty good. All they are trying to do is make him more like the books, rather than just having somebody doing an impression of Sean Connery doing an impression of Bond, but as a sauve baastard, for two hours.

I dropped my computer a grand total of three inches when it slipped while I was putting it on a different table, and now half the screen is blank/colored lines. I can see this getting old pretty fast.
