And it was only useful only the third shine in Delfino Village where the entire level was covered in INSTANT DEATH LAVA.

Was that the part when it's night time in the area, and there's another mission in that spot with the chain chomps running around? That was the worst stage ever. I HATED the one with the evil giant manta ray, too.

Don't even get me started on the fucking wood block platforming parts, either.

Haha, I threw my controller SO many times at those. The only game that made me more frustrated than it was Soul Calibur 3. It's a shame they don't have any characters from that franchise in Brawl. tongue.gif

What of Link?

And yes, I know he was a bonus character, but still.

That's the only one I've played, and I've only played it once. And to top it off, the situation wasn't the best for playing it as well sad.gif

Soul Calibur really kind of sucks, guys.

Then again, the only fighting game I've ever found remotely interesting was Guilty Gear so whatever

Guilty Gear's actually a really good game too. I like 2D fighters a lot more than 3D ones, definately, with the exception of Soul Calibur, Virtua Fighter and Smash Bros. (I can't stand DOA, or Tekken, sorry.)

Guilty Gear X is a fantastic game.

Mad as a bag of otters, but great fun.

I actually rather like Tekken. Admittedly, I only play Tekken when I'm coming down with a head cold or something. Or I'm depressed. So, basically, if you see me playing Tekken, there's something wrong.

Resurrecting this thread because of the mass amount of 'spoilers' popping up all over the internet. I never would have expected the Wind Waker Link or a returning Marth to appear!

I don't understand how people want MegaMan so badly in this game. He was good in the NES titles, but he isn't good at all anymore. Get over it, people.

Sonic games aren't good anymore, Jigglypuff was never good, I don't know anyone who likes Peach, and there's a couple of new characters that a lot of people that will be playing this game will have never heard of. But I always saw the point the SSB games to bring together the characters that made the gaming industry great. Megaman is one of these characters, even if he hasn't had any recent successes. SSB is partially kind of a tribute to great characters of video games. Why shouldn't Megaman be involved?
I am writing about Jm in my signature because apparently it's an effective method of ignoring him.
