Alright Allright
here is the lowdown on
why i write like this
in the beginning i used

to write alot
(or more than i do now) in my posts.
So to make them easier to read
i split them into stanzas

or what i like to call Blank/Free Verse
And it kind of stayed with me
So there thats the BIG secret
I must say Frankie,

you aren't the first to questions my methods
and i guess you won't be the last.
More importantly is i got Gobbler
on my side and we win Everytime

Just struck me again how dumb that supposedly dramatic dialogue that the Elder Lars says about Shmi being taken away by the Sandpeople is. His bum leg and the fact that he could probably buy another wife after next season's earnings come in didn't exactly light a fire under his still intact ass. Owen seems content in waiting out until the old guy passes on until the still/moisture farm is all his. Someone from across the galaxy manages to find Shmi with a little work whereas these two have written them off for dead ASAP.

A Jedi like Anakin probably isn't quite "someone from across the galaxy", but OK.

The Lars subplot left something to be desired in Ep. II. I was hoping for more. However, the Salvatore novelisation demonstrated Lars did in fact love Shmi, and no, he did not have the resources to go out and buy another slave, even if he wanted to. How much do you think a moisture farmer makes???? He very probably broke the bank buying Shmi.

Star Wasr has been a joke to ME since May whatever, 1983, (the day Jedi was released if that's over anybody's head). And we've hashed these issues out here for years until many of us are sickened by the franchise; but I'm glad you found us. Now: Read several hundred SW threads to fully understand where we're coming from.

But you don't have to reply to each of them all at once.

It's not so bad that Clieg gave up on Smee, or fought to his last leg. It just sucks that he's such a crappy character (but really, aren't most of them?)
