How to Use

METAL GEAR SOLID 2: SUBSTANCE x2DVD-R RIP
=========================================

1. Copy the entire contents of the original DVD to your PC.

2. Run MGS2_XBOX.EXE. Click the browse button and browse for
   the file 'disc1_0.dat' - you will find it in the directory
   you extracted the game to.

3. Press the button named 'Extract Files'.  This process will
   take some time so sit back.  Eventually, a message will pop
   up saying "All Files Extracted".

4. The default region is set to PAL.  If you are backing up an
   NTSC version select NTSC from the choose region option.

5. Press the button named 'Rebuild Files For DVD1'.  This
   process also takes a while to complete.  Wait for the message
   to pop up which says "Process Complete."

6  Press the button named 'Rebuild Files For DVD2'.  This
   process also takes a while to complete.  Wait for the message
   to pop up which says "Process Complete."

7. Close the tool. It is no longer needed.

8. Check the directory where you originally copied the game to.
   You will see 2 directories called: "DVD1" & "DVD2".
   Inside these directories are all the files you need to burn
   for each disk.
   Here is a file list of the UK-PAL DVD1 and DVD2 directories
   for comparison:
