    The problem whit the lava planet it's that have not influence in the fight at all.
    They doesn't suffer the heat or get burned.
    It could have been done in a cannion planet with a lava lake for the Anakin burning at the end. Maybe it looks cool, but it is another example of a lost opportunity.

    I allways thought that the OT established that the jedis (and siths) can feel all the
    Force users at a great distance. and i thnk that an active sith it must be all the time planing evil, like Dooku.
    Then we see Palpayine undetected in the same building, why to be just two of them if the jedis are so week with the force to note anything?

    The first season of tv series "Smallville" (only the first chapters, to me) is an example of a pretty acceptable prequel. (and we are talking about a very established character here, too)
    It doesn't matter you like or not the show, is -at leat- consistent.
