  1. MICHAEL JACKSON

    Posted 3 Sep 2005

It is so sad to see the way michael jackson is portreyed in the media. Here is this AMAZING, ultra talented, wonderful guy who is basically a holy profit for music, dance, and entertainment and he is torn to sheds by a society that passes moral judgement on people because of the way they appear. It is so heart renching to see a man who has brought so many beautiful things into our lives be insulted, laughed at, made the subject of countless childish jokes and sarcasms in our popular culture. It reminds me of Geothe's "Faust" or Ann Rynd's "Fountainhead." A wonderful person spat on by an ignorent, jeaolus, shit society. He must think we are puthetic.
  2. Discovery Channel: The Greatest American

    Posted 10 Jul 2005

Discovery channel had a show called "the gratest american" hosted by matt lauer that aired on June 5th, 2005. Jesus! what an opportunity to whitness the shallow and ignorent views of an increasingly delusional society right here in the USA. I mean, people actually voted to have Operah winfrey as the 9th greatest american...of all time! She beats FRANKLIN ROOSEVELT at #10! and albert einstien at #15. # fucking 9! and for what america? what has she done for us. been a once poor lady who rose to media moguldom by self agrandizing and hyping herself while dispensing pithy superficial anacedotes on a daytime talkshow talk show biased towards women! what on earth are you smoking america?! have you forgoten the true greats of our nation? the woodrow wilsons, the andrew carnegies, the ones who have suffered and sweated and given all their hearts to better our country?! its not just oprah, there is a plethora of people who, in any reasonably educated american citizen's judgment, should never reach it to the top million (ellen degeneres! and in the top 75!!!) , let alone hundred. I know in my heart I am right. Is the media failing our country? Go to this link for more: http://en.wikipedia. ...eatest_American
  3. What is the coolest "Thing" in Star Wars

    Posted 3 Jun 2005

Why is it the coolest? How does it inspire the imagination? Why is it so unique? If its not on the list come up with your own... (please limit them to artificial "things"...exclude droids, vehicles, natural objects, and life forms.)
  4. Why didn't obi-wan finish off anakin?

    Posted 3 Jun 2005

This scene on mustafar was so uncomfortable that people in the audience started to laugh. Obi-wan just stares at anakins burning, deformed body and after an unbearable uncomfortable moment of silence he just walks along back to his ship. What the F**K?! Great, so he's going to let anakin live so he can go on to brutally terrorize the entire galaxy and hunt down more jedi?! Lucas could have resolved this confusion by simply having obi-wan try to kill him but not be able to emotionally bring himself to do it. instede were left confused Why is this? Can someone help me out here? was obi-wan not callous enough? did obi-wan figure he would die anyway?
