Hello and thanks for your concern about the only reason to preserve our monarchy! Still, I think you go about handling this so called human wrongly. I think it is more effective to let him have a taste of his own medicine in reverse...
I am thinking of incarceration, but not in a cosy prejudice-filled prison, but in a real leather bar. Perhaps the kind of leather bar where Mike Tyson would be referred to as little princess and the word "no" would be unheard of. Isn' t it time for this so called minister to give something back to the gay community?

Please don't pick on Jabba! How boring wouldn't it have been to have another "cool" villain in the movies instead of his very excellence of decadence. The idea of having someone so fat he can't even walk (no, don't mention PT or ep4) as a master villain is brilliant. Even more so, he chains humanoid slave girls to his body simply because he can and it turns him on.. I will not say that some of the Jabba scenes couldn't have been improved (because they really can), but I challenge you to come up with another movie villain who is more decadent and revolting.

Well, the US used to be a confederation of states with a weak central government, now look?

An example: The state of NY refused to raise the drinking age from 18 to 21 despite federal pressure from DC. NY said it was an issue for the state governments to decide. DC said, that's fine, you can decide while we cut off all your federal highway funds. NY acquiesced.

Now pretend Italy says, well we are going to continue to partially subsidize (i'm just making this up now) the structural upkeep of churches in Rome, as they are historic architectural works and have cultural value. Brussels says OK you can use your government euros for that, but we're going to cut off funds for infrastructure improvements until you stop. Italy decides not to subsidize, they fall into disrepair and a Saudi decides to buy the condemned building and renovates it as a Wahabi Mosque of peace.  Bye, bye states rights, bye bye history, culture...
    hello New World Order!

    Hello Franco!
It seems as if my previous remark was not that far off. In the above argument you go from talking about the flaws of federalism only to conclude that you are afraid of Arabs. Many of your arguments have the taint of rascism, but the above was much more clear. To conclude, you are a pathetic little man and you are afraid of foreigners for no valid reason. Thus, there is no reason whatsoever to dignify anything you have to say with a reply.

You, my swimming swedish hippo, have a tin ear for English.

Suspicion?Hindsight? Churchill and FDR were sickened having to sleep with Stalin in the alliance. Stalin and the Soviet regime had quite the reputation for being lunatic murduring dictators before WWII. The horrors of the soviet regime were already well known!!! come on, this is basic stuff and i'm not up to tutoring...

Quit using the new peacenik buzzword, unilateral, as it's only indicative of parroting.

The fact is the US has always been unilateral they just did a better job before of letting others pretend that they were in on things.

I never used the word 'bad', again stop putting words in my mouth.

The justification for going nuclear would be the sovereignity of millions upon millions in a large assortment of nations.
come back after you finish elementary school, as we will have a fine discussion then

    adieu

I wouldn't dream about putting anything in your mouth - I just wanted to give you the opportunity to comment on the more relevant questions any nation should consider before blowing up millions of innocents.

Peacenik? Interesting way to describe me. Do you think peace is a bad thing?
So, in order to prevent mass killings of innocents in a large assortment of nations you think it was appropriate to kill millions of innocent Russians? Don't worry, the irony is not lost on me.

    4.  The whole I have the high ground advantage bullshit.  Ummmm right an advantage, because Jedi aren't known for jumped extremely high distances.

I really liked this point. While I for now can buy that as Anakin being portrayed as so much more powerful than Obi there would have to be special circumstances to allow Obi to emerge victorious, this should have been done in another way. If higher ground has any relevance in a duel I think we have been cheated of quite a few cut off limbs from prior duels. Take for instance the end of the Maul/Obi duel - there I would actually be able to believe the higher ground explanation!
