  2. In Topic: Turn off the phone!

come to think of it why does R2 have a sodding phone. I mean we are only in the 21st century here using chemical rockets and we have wifi for our computers. Does the starwars galaxy know something we don't. Make a mental note to get rid of my wifi laptop and leave my mobile phone next to my pc's it is must be much more efficient communicating that way.
  3. In Topic: why is yoda such a pussy?

    Posted 23 May 2005

there is absolutely no mystery as to why Yoda ran off with his tail between his legs. It was long past curfew time at the old Jedi's nursing home and if he didn't get back then Matron Windu would do something inappropriate with Yoda's walking stick.

I dunno maybe it is just me but did anyone else hear the words "into exile I must go, empire strikes back I do appear, need much makeup I do"

I can't believe people are still complaining about Vader's scream.

I can't believe GL thought that would make a great ending to a trilogy that captured a generations imagination. The only thing that was missing was the "chicken song" playing in the background. Perhaps it is a new craze, the Darth Vader Dance. So there ya go the truth revealed Starwars ROTS was actually supposed to be titled "STARWARS : The Lord of the dance"
  5. In Topic: **PADME SPOILER**

    Posted 23 May 2005

why is it so hard for people to accept that the padme death scene was total bantha poodoo biggrin.gif. Now I can accept that if someone is gravely injured they can die through "lack of will to live", but as we all heard the doc say "there is nowt physically wrong with her".

However what I find totally unbelievable is a woman that has no physical injury, use to be the queen of an entire planet, now a delegate of the senate, gives birth to 2 healty vibrant children just decides to go "ah well sod this for a game of cards I am out of here".
