List of Grievances
1. Far, FAR too much going on. Half the scenes were extraneous and could have been dropped in favour of making the important scenes longer. What's the point of Kashyykk, apart from giving the fanboys a glimpse of Chewie?
2. Too much CGI spacey shenangegins in place of real people acting. Think about Eps 4, 5 and 6 - they all had one climactic space battle and generally kept a lid on this stuff in the rest of the film.
3. Too little time spent on Anakin's fall, and he turned for pretty crappy reasons too.
4. Too many throwaway characters. Would the film have suffered if Grevious wasn't in it? -
Why are the Jedi so stupid???

If this point has already been mentioned before, please accept my craven apologies while I go and fall on my Kellogs Lightsabre etc etc...
The Jedi, and more particularly the Jedi Council are so thick they frankly deserve to die. Consider this - Yoda, Mace Windu, Obi-Wan (not a council member I know, but stick with me) and all the various fish/octopus/chicken/dog-headed Jedi are on Genosis for the final battle.
They know that Jango Fett was used as the template for the Clone Army (the "goodies").
But there's Jango cosying up with Dooku, Poggle, Gunray and Metal Mickey (the "baddies") at the execution.
At no point do any of them think "hang on, why is the master template for the Republic Clone Army fighting on behalf of the representatives of the Separatist forces? I smell a conspiracy!!!"
Even my slightly dim-witted younger brother spotted this straight away and yet none of these so-called Master Jedi made the connection.
Not to mention the fact that this clone army has mysteriously appeared at precisely the right moment that it was needed. Even Dan Quayle would have suspected they were being manipulated.
