I got an idea:

Trilby's in a desert, walking and giving some boring monologue about how he's lonely and British or something. The he decides to go home and eat a pizza. The rest of the game is a driving sim. (Note: if you screw up, he gets killed in a bloody, fiery awesome explosion, and when you win, you still get killed in a bloody, fiery explosion, but afterwards there's a picture of a cake.)
