Allraaight! Eppie 6!
Well, honestly, the music stuff didn't bother me too much, but I didn't really pay attention to music back before the changes enough to care.
As for the Han line change, I kinda liked it. It added a fun line of humour; why not. "It's alright, I can see alot better" Nooo heee cooouldnnnn't. The shot was half-skill/half-luck. Han knows it, but wants Lan to chill.
The ease of the Ewok victory'd always bothered me; not enough to ruin anything for me, but still... Sticks and stones really broke sum bones there.QUOTEOne casualty? That's not even worth mourning if it's your own brother. They should realize that they got off easy and just battle on.
Aww, but its shoo shaad. Tha wittle cuddly wuddly died!
Yeah, , unecessary.
I noticed the Chewy Tarzan too. It was like nails on a chalkboard.
As for the sad reminders, they hurt too.
Oh yeah, Naboo.
Oh, c...rrrap, that Anakin.

Once again great job; and this time I agree all the way.
I was beyond glad that Luke's scream was removed again. When I saw that part for the first time with the scream, I was pissed! Like you said, it didn't make sense.
"Me so brave." *drops* "EEEEEEEEEEE! "
Wha'd he expect?
Something was poking me during the Boba Fett scenes, but I couldn't put my finger on it; but now that you mention it, yeah, that change was annoying. There could have been any number of reasons for Boba having a different voice.
Here's a good one: He obviously didn't get much chance to grow up with papa, him being decapitated and all. So, wittle Fett grew up in a different hood with a different posse than dear ole dad. That makes people have different accents, yes it does. Mmm-hmmm.
As for the conversation between Darth and Empie, maybe, you know, the whole Skywalker thing slipped his mind.
Or, seriously, maybe Darth Vadar has been trying all this time to reject the idea that his child survived, after his mentor told him it didn't. Perhaps he'd been having an emotional conflict, not willing to believe it, though knowing it all the while. I mean, he didn't exactly seem surprised when he said "how is this possible". Yeah, that sounds like a viable reason.
Or maybe it's a plot hole. But George can use my excuse if he wants.

Hey, great article! Like everyone else, I agree with almost everything, but there's just one thing I'd like to comment on.QUOTE"He was the best starpilot in the galaxy..."
Obi-Wan's line about Anakin still remains in the 2004 edition. I thought that this line would surely be removed, but it is still there. What I want to know is how Obi-Wan could back this up?
You' re right, there isn't too much in the prequel trilogy to back this up, but I think we need to consider that alot of time passes between those movies. There could be tons of examples of Anakin's skill that we just don't get a chance to see. I doesn't need to have been backed up in the prequels, but I guess it could have helped.
Plus there was that lil chase in Episode II, with a few comments from Obi-Wan about Anakin's driving in general.
Oh well, I guess we'll see what new changes they do in their next Special Edition set. Maybe holo-discs? Ooo!
