  1. In Topic: Scariest moments in the XDAS games

To this day I still have not yet gathered the nerve to finish 7DAS because of the welder chase sequence. I had to come to this board and read about what happened.

You and me both! I just don't have the nerves for chase scenes...

In 5Days: yeah the skeleton in the tub--scariest part. Bathrooms in horro films in general scare me ( I hate watching the Made-for-TV version of 'The Shining'...). I played 5Days ago for the second time in a year and had forgotten about the whole bathtub scene so it scared me all over again.

Which is a totally awsome thing...

    7Days: Chase scenes.

TN: The reality shifts caught me off guard. The bathroom is that came kinda creeped me out, especially the stall with the blood-filled toilet and the word 'NO!' scrawled over it.

Also, I entered the bar and was suddenly in the basement of the DeFoe Manor and the Welder was coming towards me. I couldn't move and every time I typed a command all I got was the 'Father Why?' quote.

6DAYS: Any scenes taking place inside CHZO. Also, the heavy breathing SFX in the Hub/Manor is really freakin' scary. Seriously.

Yes, you are right. Scary games aren't to be played before sleeping. They're to be played after lunch, to help digestion.

Ah, so I've been doing it wrong all these years...

I just finished 6Days last night (well actually today at 2 AM!) and then promptly went to sleep. I ended up dreaming that I was in the DeFoe Manor basement/Underground complex in 6Days along with my boyfriend and the Tall Man. For some reason I kept repeating 'Father, Why?'. Then my BF became the Tall Man and I was jolted awake.

It was a lot like the way the dreams happen in the series. It was still dark when I woke up and I couldn't fall back asleep.

I guess that's what I get for staying up late playing scary games.
