cant load the savegames!

Hello all i have just started playing 6 days a sacrifice and i have saved a couple of times but when i quited there were no loads the next time! there is a file called agssave.999 in the archive but there arent any load games when the game beggins. I have tried to change configuration and sound settings but nothing happens.Any tip would be welcome.Happy gaming to you all. -
