I know I'm gonna get flamed for this, but what happened to the timeline for all of Trilby's adventures? Here's my understanding of them, in reverse order. Comments are paraphrases, not direct quotes.

July 29, 1993 - Writes up notes after Clanbronwyn Hotel incident

"I spent a year and a half investigating... the past caught up"

(approx) Feb 1992 - Captured by the police

"Two slow, miserable years later, a rain of truncheon blows... I woke up in the cell I assumed would be my new home."

(approx) Feb 1990 - Defoe Manor Incident

Since Art of Theft is assumed to happened before Defoe Manor, it seems more appropriate that it would date sometime about 1988 - 1989. Is this an error on my part?

Also, any guesses on which American city most closely resembles Chapow City? I vote for Chicago.

Has anyone else noticed that the New Prince is missing part of his left leg? When Theo was in the basement, and the coffin, he had both legs. But when he's transformed, one leg is clearly shorter than the other. 200 years later, when he confronts the Caretaker, this is still the case. Any ideas? (Or is it all explained in the SE?)

Of course, being able to float off the ground instead of walking like Tall Man, maybe he doesn't care.

Of course he'd be buff. You'd have to have muscles like that to be cat burglar. (How many posters here can climb with only their arms?)

As for his hair, maybe he finally overcame his barberaphobia.

Good job on depicting Trilby holding his cup left handed.
