I've never heard of buck 65 or sage francis. Do they have Albums, I mean CD's?

They both have albums. You can find them at Amazon.com.

Buck 65 has released quite few CDs in a relatively short time. Most of which are quite excellent.

Chefelf, for K-Os, try seeking out the song "Supestarr part 0", the beat on that particular track is what made me start listening. Later, Missy Elliot ripped it off for one of her singles, just like she did with Mindless Self Indulgence. I guess those are her award-winning production skills.

Sage Francis (who I mentioned earlier is a friend of mine and records with Buck 65) started a band in 1997 called "Art Official Intelligence". In 2000, De La Soul released the first of a three album series by the same name. I guess they "sampled" the name. wink.gif

Well...today I decided "What the hey?" and bought "To The Burroughs". So far it's excellent, and once I get around to listening to the rest, I'm sure that I'll be just as impressed.

You guys want some socially aware Hip-Hop.

I demand. DEMAND you check out Sage Francis.

If only for the two songs

"The Masters are Back"

and

"Makeshift Patriot"

I swear to you, if you listen to these songs, you will like them.

I will pay your RIAA fine if you get caught for downloading these songs.
